Transfer Your mobile number to joymobile
Use joymobile and keep Your old mobile number!
Follow the following steps to transfer your mobile number online:
- Activated joymobile SIM-card
- PUK code of your joymobile SIM-card (can be found on the SIM-card carrier)
- NÜV-information from the previous provider (= number transfer information, as PDF or digital photo) OR
- Official photohaving ID, if NÜV-information is not available (passport, personal ID or driver’s licence as PDF digital photo).
- 10 Euro credit on your old pre-paid card.
Information: Your former provider will charge this amount to the transfer of your phone number.
It’s really that easy:
- Log into the account manager with Your joymobile phone number.
- Under the menu item transfer mobile number, please enter all data, upload the necessary files and submit the form.
- After full entry You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
- Joymobile will send an e-mail confirming the date of Your number transfer.
